Nutrition is particularly important for physical fitness and a proper MIND-SET because it directly impacts our energy levels, muscle strength, endurance, and recovery. Eating a well-balanced diet that includes a variety of proteins, carbohydrates, and healthy fats supports the growth and repair of muscles, helps to maintain an optimal body weight, and improves overall physical performance.

Why me as a Coach? I spent over 20 years in the U.S. Army, many of those years as a Ranger and Special Forces soldier.  At 64 years of age I am in the best physical condition of my life. I can teach you the tools used in special operations to condition the MIND-SET AND PHITNESS of elite fighters not only to survive but, to thrive and win in combat so you can apply that training to your everyday life.  Trust me when I tell you, that the U.S. Army Special Operations Command training doctrine is based on the same holistic approach of MIND, BODY AND NUTRITION I teach in my Pitbull Attitude Program.   IN LIFE THERE IS NO SECOND PLACE, ONLY WINNERS!
